Katelan Chenna Foster

Funeral Services will be held at a 3:00 pm Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Sts. Peter & Paul Church for Katelan Chenna Foster, 20, who passed away on May 18, 2011. Reverend Tom Voorhies, Pastor of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, will be Celebrant of the Mass and will conduct the funeral services. Burial will take place in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery. Ms. Foster, a resident of Scott, LA, was the daughter of Dwayne Foster of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the former Pamela Credeur of Lafayette, Louisiana. She was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Church. She was a 2008 graduate of Acadiana High School where she was a member of the junior Air Force ROTC, the Speech, Drama, and Debate Clubs. She is survived by her parents, two sisters, Tenna Boutin and fiancee Larry Landry, Jr., and Tabitha Boutin Romero and her husband Ross of Scott; two nephews, Landen and Colden Romero both of Scott; one niece, Briana Romero; maternal grandparents, Ronald and Shirley Perrodin Credeur of Scott; Paternal grandparents, James and Judith "Cribbs" Foster of Baton Rouge; Rev. Gary and Annette "Corbello" Kidder of Arnaudville; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her one brother, Cody James Foster, maternal great grandparents, Russell and Hilda Hebert, John Berchman and Willa Belle Perrodin, Woodley J. Credeur, paternal great grandparents, Joseph and Ethel "Andre" Foster, Albert Corbello, Lana C. Buxton, Louis and Catherine "Delaune" Cribbs, Great great paternal grandparents, Adam and Viola Andre. The family requests that visiting hours be observed on at Delhomme Funeral Home of Scott from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm Monday and continue Tuesday from 8:00 am to time of services. A rosary will be recited Monday evening at 7:00 pm in the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Keith Kidder, Michael Foster, Troy Foster, Ross Romero, Jake Lantier, Stephen Collins, and Landen Romero. Honorary Pallbearers will be Colden Romero, Jacob Foster, Joseph Foster, Benny Lantier, Larry Landry, Jr., Lennie Credeur, Chuck Credeur, and Jude Lantier.
