Robert Guilliot

Funeral Services will be held at a 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at St. Mary Church for Robert "Bob" Guilliot, 52, who passed away on March 31, 2012 at 11:35 am at his residence. Readers will be O.C. Guilliot, Jr. and Mark Oge. Gift bearers will be Nicole Couvillon, Lindsey Martin and Michelle Oge Bray. Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery at a later date. Mr. Guilliot, a resident of Lafayette, LA, was the son of the late O.C. Guilliot, Sr., of Youngsville, Louisiana and the former Ruby Angelle of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. He was a member of St. Mary Church. Bob was a dedicated employee of Oge's Rent-All Center for many years. He loved watching his son play sports and was Cameron's #1 fan. Bob was an avid Saint's fan and also enjoyed volleyball. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Barbara Oge Guilliot and one son, Cameron Robert Guilliot; his identical twin and best friend, William "Bill" Guilliot of Lafayette, LA; two sisters, Sally Guilliot Lane and husband Richard Lane of Lafayette, LA, and Janel Guilliot Godbout and husband Michael of Houston, TX and his brother, O.C. Guilliot, Jr. and wife Mona of Youngsville, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Monday, April 2, 2012 at Delhomme Funeral Home of Lafayette from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm and will continue on Tuesday from 8:00 am until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm on Monday. Pallbearers will be Bill Guilliot, O.C. Guilliot, Jr., Charles Oge, Bob Martin, Alex Martin, Zachary Oge, John Holder and Tommy LeBlanc. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rich Lane, Matt Lane, Bryan Guilliot, Danny Guilliot, Ward Oge, Mark Oge, Robert Oge, Alex Andrus, Ali Manafi, Bill Bell, Phillip Martin, Stan Rynott and the Oge's Rent-All Center Crew.
