Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Shawn Keith Lancon, 22, who passed away on Friday, August 10, 2007 at Southwest Medical Center in Lafayette. Brother Todd Menard, Pastor of Family Life Christian Fellowship Church in Lafayette will officiate the funeral services. Interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery in Lafayette. Survivors include his parents, Charles and Karen Stelly of Duson, La, and Troy Thibodeaux of Lafayette, La; one sister, Skyla Thibodeaux ; one brother, Shane Lancon, both of Duson, La; maternal grandmother, Jeannette Martin; maternal grandfather, Michael Lancon, both of Lafayette, La; maternal great grandmother, Theresa Lancon of Scott, La; grandparents, Charles J. Stelly and Mary Stelly of Lafayette, La; paternal grandparents, Charles and Geraldine Stroad of Lafayette, La; godchild, Landon Michael Gautreaux of Scott, La; godparents, Stacy Hoke and Damon Thibodeaux, both of Lafayette, La; aunt and uncles, Alicia and David 'Bozo' Gautreaux, of Scott, La, Debbie and Marty Benoit of Lafayette, La, Gwen Stelly of Lafayette, La, Dawn Trahan and Brian Landry, both of Duson, La, Charlene and Chuck Farrar of Baton Rouge, La, and Mark and Theresa Stelly of Lafayette, La; numerous cousins; nieces; nephews; and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Gerald Thibodeaux; and his maternal great grandfather, Black A. Lancon. Visiting hours will be observed on Tuesday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm and will continue on Wednesday from 8:00 am until the time of service. Pallbearers will be Shane Lancon, Charlie Stelly, Marco Stevens, Joshua Stevens, David Gautreaux, Andy Montgomery, and Damon Thibodeaux, Jr. Honorary pallbearers are Landon Gautreaux, Skyla Thibodeaux, Troy Thibodeaux, Ryan Trahan, Joshua Clevland, Jacob Clevland, T.J.
