Willa Mae Fenstermaker

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, August 26th, 2014 at 10:00 AM in St. Pius Catholic Church in Lafayette, for Willa Mae "Willie" Robichaux Fenstermaker, 94, who died on Sunday, August 24th, 2014 at her residence. The family requests visiting hours for Mrs. Fenstermaker to be at Delhomme Funeral Home, 1011 Bertrand Drive on Monday, August 25th from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a Scripture Service on Monday evening at 6:30 pm and on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 from 8:00 am until the time of service. Entombment will be at Nativity of Our Lady Mausoleum in New Iberia, LA. Reverend Steven C. LeBlanc, Pastor of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Lafayette, will be the Celebrant of the Funeral Mass and will conduct the funeral services, Con Celebrant Msgr Robie Robichaux, her Great Nephew and Judical Vicar, Diocese of Lafayette. Survivors include her children, Mary K. Hamilton and husband Brad; William H. Fenstermaker and wife Ann; Eric C. Fenstermaker and wife Janet; of Raleigh NC. John W. Fenstermaker; and Mark A. Fenstermaker and wife Frances. She is also survived by grandchildren Kristi Kincannon of Houston Texas and Gregg Hamilton of Lafayette; Charles Fenstermaker III, Michael Fenstermaker, James Fenstermaker, and Kathryn Fenstermaker all of Lafayette LA; Jason Fenstermaker and Michelle Fenstermaker of Raleigh NC; Edward Fenstermaker, Patrick Fenstermaker, and Jacob Fenstermaker of Lafayette, LA; Adam Fenstermaker and Karen Fenstermaker of Lafayette LA. Additionally she is survived by her nine great grandchildren, Ani, James, Marie, Joseph and John Hamilton of Lafayette, LA; Cooper, Jackson, and Mattie Kathryn of Houston TX; and Charles H. Fenstermaker IV of Lafayette, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Charles Howard Fenstermaker, Jr. and her father Justillian Robichaux and her mother Sophie Ecuer Robichaux and numerous brothers and sisters. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren, Gregg Hamilton, Charles Fenstermaker III, Michael Fenstermaker, James Fenstermaker, Edward Fenstermaker, Patrick Fenstermaker, Jacob Fenstermaker, Adam Fenstermaker, and Honorary Pallbearer Jason Fenstermaker. Family and friends will remember Miss Willie for her devotion to her faith, her love of flowers, her game of bridge and her kindness toward others.
