Callie Jean Leverett

Callie Jean Leverett, 42, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022. Callie, a resident of Lafayette, was the daughter of Doye Leverett and the former Rebecca Fulks. Callie was a sports enthusiast who enjoyed watching her children compete. She loved her family and friends and will be dearly missed. Callie was employed by Island Operating for the past 12 years. She is survived by her children, Ariel Leverett and her fiance', Miles Trahan, Alexis Leverett, Brooke Leverett, and Layne Talhelm; grandson, John-Luke Trahan; parents; two sisters, Stephanie Leverett and Carrie Leverett; paternal grandfather, Leon Leverett; one niece, Kaitlyn Kibodeaux, and two nephews, Tyler Leverett and Trey Leverett as well as the father of her girls, Nick Boudreaux. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Joyce and Melvin Fulks, and paternal grandmother, Wanda Leverett and the father of her son, Andrew Talhelm.
