Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, April 18, 2022 in Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Mary Elizabeth Trahan, 61, who passed away unexpectedly on April 12, 2022 at her residence. Rev. Fr. Andre Metrejean, Pastor of Our Lady of Lourdes - Erath, will conduct the funeral services. Burial will take place in Holy Mary Mother of God Cemetery. Ms. Trahan, a resident of Lafayette, was the daughter of the late Joseph Trahan and the former Jeannette "Sally" Simon. She is survived by her siblings, Michael L. Trahan (Katie), David W. Trahan (Tammy), and Marla Trahan Guinn (Joe); niece, Katherine Trahan; nephew, Spencer C. Morgan; and a host of cousins, aunts & uncles. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph, and Jeannette Trahan. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home - Bertrand on Monday, April 18, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Pallbearers will be Joel Simon, Mark Bourque, Joe Guinn, CJ Woodley, Tyler Woodley, Landon Woodley, Kevin Bankston, and Spencer Morgan.
