Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 16, 2022 in Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Sandra Marie Guidroz, 65, who passed away on April 12, 2022. Dave Rousse, Associate Pastor of Faith Cathedral - New Iberia, will conduct the funeral services. Burial will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Guidroz, a resident of Lafayette, was the daughter of the late Wilfred Bourque and the former Jane Daigle. Sandra enjoyed spending time with all her nieces, nephews, and pets; she especially loved traveling to see her family and new places. Family and faith were the center of Sandra's life, and she will be fondly remembered for her sweet & loving disposition towards life. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Keith A. Guidroz; mother, Jane D. Bourque; sisters, Nancy B. Prejean (Rene') and Julie B. McNulty; brother, Brian C. Bourque (Rachael); nieces, Jillian, Erin, Caroline, Miranda, Haleigh, and Cecilia; nephews, Alex and Ayden; and great-nieces, Eliza and Lucy. She was preceded in death by her father, Wilfred Clyde Bourque. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home - Bertrand on Friday, April 15, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Visiting hours will continue on Saturday from 8:00 AM until the time of service. Pallbearers will be Brian Bourque, Alex Prejean, Rene' Prejean, Marty Richard, Danny Richard, and Paul Richard. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Sandra's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
