Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 6, 2026 in Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Deion Lamar Faulk, 21, who passed away on January 27, 2026. His grandfather, Pastor George Celestine - Morning Star Church, will conduct the funeral services. Burial will take place in St. Martin De Porres - Scott, LA Deion Lamar Faulk was 21 years old. He was born to Jeremy Faulk and Crystal Washington on March 17, 2004, in Lafayette, Louisiana. Deion was a graduate of Foster High School, Class of 2022, and to say he was proud of this accomplishment would be an understatement. He enjoyed gaming and streaming online. Deion had a loving heart and deeply adored his family. He was a trustworthy person who often entered a room quietly, but once he became comfortable around you, his loving spirit would shine brightly. As a young boy, Deion loved skateboarding, and his mother even flew with him to a skate park in California just to see the smile on his face. As a child, he also had an obsession with phones-if he was nearby, it was best to keep yours close, because if he got the opportunity, he was definitely throwing it. Deion's presence will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Crystal R. Washington (Shawn Boutte) and Jeremy L. (Adeline) Faulk; siblings, India Washington, Zion Faulk, Jacoby Faulk, Ashton Faulk, and Kayden Anderson, who was raised as a brother with Deion; maternal grandparents, George J. Celestine and Ella M. Washington; paternal grandparents, Charlene Norman (Frank) Brisco and George E. Faulk; aunts & uncles, Latoya Washington, Georgio Howard (Fallon), Gorgeous Gray (Josh), Marcello Damond, Triston Celestine, Tyrus Arceneaux, Tylius Arceneaux, Gavin Landor, Charrelle Batiste, Edward Gabriel, Lauganaia Gabriel, Nikki Faulk (Devery), and Cole Faulk; and godparents, Clarissa Broussard & Keith Franklin. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Alta Mae Celestine, Albert Francis, Ozita Clay, and Joseph Washington; and paternal great-grandparents, Charley Norman, Olivia Taylor Norman, and Joyce Faulk. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home - Bertrand on Friday, February 6, 2026 from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Pallbearers will be Triston Celestine, Marcello Damond, Kayden Anderson, Jousha Tarver, Adrien Richard Jr., Clarence Cormier III, Jeramyah Melton, Taylon Sias, and Tyrus Arceneaux.
