Euline Latiolais Guilbeau

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 5, 2025 in Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church - Broussard, LA for Euline Latiolais Guilbeau, 79, who passed away on December 2, 2025. Fr. Michael Delcambre, Pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, will be Celebrant of the Mass and will conduct the funeral services. Entombment will take place in Sacred Heart of Jesus Mausoleum - Broussard. Mrs. Euline, a life-long resident of Broussard, was the daughter of the late Vincent Latiolais, Sr. and the former Carmelite Theriot. She loved playing Bourreé, Cadillac, and going to the casino with her best friends. Euline sold Avon for many years and was a proud member of the Avon President's Club. She also worked at Duffy's Diner and Broussard Steak House. Euline was a loving mom, devoted wife and wonderful grandmother, who cherished her family. She will be dearly missed by all. She is survived by her children, Clarissa Guilbeau (Rob) Boriel and Aaron J. (Liz) Guilbeau; grandchildren, Ryan (Larae) Guilbeau and Briana Boriel; great-grandson, Gavin Hernandez; siblings, James (Teresa) Latiolais Sr., Dora Latiolais (Danny) Lee, Eddie (Renee) Latiolais, Rodney (Melinda) Latiolais, Ronnie (Rose) Latiolais, and Larry (Angela) Latiolais She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Emile Guilbeau; parents, Vincent Sr. and Carmelite Latiolais; siblings, Mary Latiolais Glover, Kenneth Latiolais, and Vincent Latiolais, Jr. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home - Broussard on Thursday, December 4, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A Rosary will be prayed at 6:30 PM on Thursday evening in the funeral home. Visiting hours will continue Friday, December 5, 2025 from 8:00 AM until 9:45 AM. Pallbearers will be Aaron Guilbeau, Rob Boriel, Ryan Guilbeau, Larry Latiolais, James Latiolais Jr, and Gavin Hernandez.
